Description
Balanced and ripe grapes, harvested by hand with a very careful selection. Total destemming. Intense maceration for 48 hours to extract all the good components. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature. Stage 3 years in stainless steel and wood. The Ventozelo vintage expresses all the terroir typical of colder years and later harvests. The base notes of red and black fruit combine elegantly with the fresh and vegetal character. Dense, with robust and mature tannins, this vintage evokes the uniqueness of a very unique and distinguished estate.
