Description
Vinification:
Manual vintage, pneumatic pressing of whole grapes. Cold decantation of the must for 48 hours. Fermentation The controlled temperature 10/15ºC for 12 to 15 days. Contacting internship with leftovers for about 7 months in stainless steel the controlled temperature.
TEST NOTES:
Clear and clear color. The wine has a good combination and balance of floral and fruity aromas, typical of very ripe grapes of the Loureiro caste. It has an excellent body, a smooth but slightly fresh flavor, a fruity taste and a persistent length.
