Description
This wine is born from a selected portion of Quinta do Ameal. Demonstrates the potential of the laurel variety for the production of wine with character, complexity and evolutionary capacity. We produce approximately 5,200 bottles.
Vinification / Internship
Manual vintage, pneumatic pressing of whole grapes. Cold decantation of the must for 48 hours.
In contact with the dreaks for about 7 months. 75% of the stainless steel Cuba lot and the rest in a concrete egg.
COLOR:Clear citrine.
AROMA:Singular and complex aroma dominated by citrus fruits, characteristic of the Loureiro variety.
Taste:Dominated by a vibrant acidity with a long and persistent ending. Great capacity for evolution is foreseen.
