Vinification:
The grapes are transported to vats where they are gently pressed and crushed. Formation and maceration is followed, with carefully adjusted temperatures so that the quality of the must is not lost or damaged. Much of the must is macerated in new French oak barrels, then undergoing alcoholic fermentation. Then the best wines are transferred to French oak barrels, where about 10 months are in place.

Great balance of sugars and acids, with mature and sweet tannins.
