Description
Winemaking:
Combination of grapes from old vines of selected varieties, produced between 100/200 meters above sea level, with total destemming and fermentation for 8/9 days at 23/25 ºC.
Aging: 18 months in French Oak Casks.
Color: Intense ruby.
Aroma: Full of elegance and complex. Evolves every second, computed fruit and spices.
Flavor: Dense like the color, elegant and velvety in the mouth and a very persistent finish.
