Description
Winemaking:
Grapes produced between 100 and 350 meters above sea level with total destemming and fermentation for 7/8 days at 23/25 ºC.
Aging: 80% in stainless steel and 20% in French oak casks.
Color: Ruby Red
Aroma: Ripe red fruits with hints of spices and a toasted finish
Flavor: Velvety, with polished tannins and a persistent finish.
