Description
It is a wine designed to have a bottle evolution for over 20 years. It has identifying terroir notes, such as cedar descriptors, spice, fresh fruit and roasted cereal. In the mouth it shows elegant and polished, but at the same time has amplitude and extraordinary depth, showing several layers of complexity and flavors.
Vinification:
The 4 castes fermented separately in stainless steel trunk vats, except for bouschet flask that fermented in the laga. The wine interned for 24 months in new French oak barrels.
