Deep red in color, this reserve wine presents a complex aroma with notes of red fruits (strawberry and other aromas), orange blossom with rich nuances of coffee and candied fruit. On the palate, the wine has a round attack with great volume and a good presence of tannins.
A fuller-bodied wine pairs well with more complex dishes. Examples include Alentejo-style meat, game dishes, or strong cheeses like Azeitão cheese, Parmesan shavings, or Camembert.
