Quinta do Crasto Touriga Franca (Copy)

The grapes, from the best Touriga Franca plots of Quinta do Crasto, were transported in boxes of 22 kg of capacity and subject to strict screening at the entrance of the cellar. After a total depletion and slight crushing, the must was transferred to stainless steel fermentation vats with controlled temperature. At the end of alcoholic fermentation, a smooth pressing was proceeded. Quinta do Crasto Touriga Franca 2016 interned in French oak barrels where he remained 18 months. It has a loaded violet color. On the nose, impresses with their intensity and concentration of red fruit aromas in perfect harmony with soft floral notes. In the mouth test has an intense start, evolving into an elegant profile wine, with excellent mouth volume and silky texture tannins, all very well integrated with notes of red fruits. It ends in perfect balance, with extraordinary persistence and full of freshness. A wine that perfectly reflects the identity of the caste.
