Description
Aromatic profile, with mineral and stone fruit notes. Balanced palate, where a lively and fresh acidity stands out, well integrated with the wine's structure.
The soils are clayey in nature, with some clayey-sandy patches and good drainage. The wide slopes at the foot of the Serra de Montejunto benefit from excellent sun exposure, and their proximity to the Atlantic Ocean gives them a natural acidity.
