Citrus color, aromas of lime, lemon and lemon blossom. A very fresh and mineral wine, thanks to the natural acidity of the grape variety combined with the Atlantic climate of Quinta do Gradil. Balanced by the structure and complexity of this wine.
Winemaking:
Fermentation in a Galilleu (spherical cement vat) on fine lees for 6 months. Natural bâtonnage promoted by differences in pressure and temperature.
