With its enchanting golden color, this wine surprises with its sweet aromas, easily drawing us in with notes of dried fruit, dates, and raisins, harmonized by hints of honey. On the palate, we are captivated by its smoothness, elegance, and sweetness, all in perfect balance with the ever-present freshness imparted by the unique terroir.
Winemaking:
Due to the year's climatic conditions, this late harvest wine is made from 100% Botrytized grapes. The harvest was carried out in several passes, picking only the bunches with the desired degree of dehydration each time. Harvesting was done individually for each grape variety, on cool October mornings, in 5 passes through the plots of the two varieties. The grapes were harvested in early November, in the early morning hours, to maintain aromatic freshness. Fermentation took place in a small stainless steel tank at a temperature of 12ºC. After fermentation, it aged for 6 months in third-use French oak barrels before bottling. It remained in the bottle for a further 6 months before being released to the market.
