Description
On the palate it reveals a good complexity of aromas, while on the palate it presents freshness and acidity, which are characteristic of the grape varieties from which it originates.
Winemaking:
Hand-harvested grapes in early September for the base wine. Light cold maceration in a pneumatic press before fermentation at 16°C for 18 days, with batonnage for 30 days after fermentation. Sparkling wine produced using the classic Champagne method. The wine aged on its lees for 18 months.
