Quinta Do Gradil 1492 Rosé
Description

Distinct aromas can be tasted with a predominant note of red fruits and berries. Balanced mouthfeel, with good unctuousness, a fresh and slightly acidic wine that is well integrated into the wine's structure.

Winemaking
Fermented in stainless steel tanks, 20% of the blend was aged in French oak barrels.
The soils are clayey in nature, with some clayey-sandy patches and good drainage. The wide slopes at the foot of the Serra de Montejunto mountain range give it excellent sun exposure, and the proximity to the Atlantic Ocean gives it a natural acidity.
