Light rosé in color. Very fresh on the nose, with notes of cherry and raspberry, and a slight hint of peppermint. On the palate, quite full-bodied, unctuous, with vibrant acidity and a slightly peppery finish.

Winemaking:
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, where it ages for 6 months on the lees.
