Description
On the nose, the first impression is of asparagus, with exotic notes. On the palate, a smooth wine where the asparagus and bell pepper notes are expressed, with a smoky finish due to aging, persistent with a refreshing acidity.
Winemaking:
It fermented and aged for 9 months in new and used French oak barrels with robinea wood tops.
