Very aromatic with ripe, balsamic, menthol and dark chocolate notes. Broad palate, strong but cooperative tannins, compact and flavorful, maintaining freshness and vigor thanks to excellent acidity.
Winemaking:
The hand-picked grapes from the best plots of our farm were selected and fully destemmed upon arrival at the winery. Fermentation took place in small stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 26ºC. After malolactic fermentation, the wine aged for 12 months in French oak barrels and 1 year in the bottle before being released for sale.
