Viosinho gives this citrus-colored wine clean and elegant aromas, highlighting white-fleshed fruits. Its strong mineral component is evident in both the aroma and the palate, where elegance and balance are surprising. The finish is consistent and long.
Winemaking:
The grapes were hand-picked, carefully selected, and 100% destemmed at the winery. This wine was vinified in small stainless steel vats at 16ºC with a light cold maceration beforehand.
