Description
Vinification:
The grapes were harvested manually in early September and transported to the cellar in 20kg boxes. Were vinified in granite mills with foot. The fermentation developed for 6 days in the plating with indigenous yeasts. There was an internship of 18 months in 600 liters barrels.
TEST NOTES:
An elegant structure, consistent with your terroir, which is a very its own personality. The first aromas lead us to the fifth flora: orange flower, rosemary and fennel. More familiar with wine we realize that it is serious, controlled, full -bodied, China paint full of different wild and floral aromas. In the mouth it is attractive, elegant and silky with a surprising acidity that fills a sequence of fine flavors supported by perfectly integrated soft tannins. The ending extends powerful, urging us to continue dialogue with wine.
