Morgado Santa Catherina Reserva White
Description

Citrus yellow color. Complex aroma with mineral notes complemented by spices, white flowers, and citrus notes. Full-bodied palate with great freshness, mineral character, and a long finish.

Winemaking:
Gentle skin maceration, decantation and fermentation in French oak barrels (30% new). Ten months aging in barrels with bâtonnage. Six months on fine lees in stainless steel tanks.
