Description
Notes of lemon leaf, orange peel, beautifully framed by the smoky light of the barrel. Unctuous and creamy on the palate, but at the same time light, fresh and lemony, with a crunchy finish in citrus tones. Contains sulfites.
The best grapes grown at our Quinta do Poço do Lobo were harvested manually, and after rigorous selection and stalk-removal, they were macerated for 10 days in a press with a pneumatic treader. After malolactic fermentation, the wine aged for 17 months in oak barrels. Because it has not been stabilized, it can create deposits, resulting from the precipitation of natural wine compounds.
