A balanced and fresh Vintage, with excellent structure, intense, expressive and very pure fruit. The year offers tannins that are among the most refined of all time.
Created by a son for his father, for Zeca do Pôpa. Balanced and fresh, with excellent structure, intense fruit, expressive and very pure.
Winemaking:
Part of the reception process involved destemming, but nothing was crushed. The grinding took place in a wine press and was done using the traditional foot treading technique, using 50% stems. Fortification was done in a wine press.
