Beautiful pale amber color, it features feroma of pear and green apple in perfect balance with some notes of caramel and honey. Some almond notes enrich the aroma due to wood aging. The balance between sugar and acidity is excellent, leading us, on the one hand, to fresh and citrus sensations and, on the other, to the complexity of the wines that aged in barrel. The ending is persistent, fresh and complex.
Vinification:
Fermentation in stainless steel vats. Maceration with temperature control at 20-22ºC. He aged for a minimum of 7 years in oak barrels.
