It took decades of aging in barrels for this wine to acquire a beautiful golden color with hints of emerald and a very rich, complex and wonderful bouquet.
Winemaking:
Destemming and crushing of the grapes. Fermentation with maceration in a traditional lagar at approximately 28-30ºC.
