The bright yellow hue immediately captures our attention! We are then presented with an aromatic complexity where we find a mix of floral notes, dominated by white flowers, and ripe fruits with yellow pulp and dried fruit. On the palate, the toasty wood notes take us to another dimension, warmer and more complex, always accompanied by a beautiful acidity and enveloping volume. In the end, we are left with an intoxicating freshness! Long and with the certainty of a bright future with its evolution in the bottle...

Winemaking:
Partial fermentation in stainless steel vats, finished in old oak barrels. Aged in the same barrels for 22 months.
