The bright yellow hue captures our attention right away! We are then presented with an aromatic complexity where we find a mixture of floral, with mastery of white flowers, and ripe yellow pulp fruits and dehydrated fruit. In mouth the grades of tosta of wood takes us to another dimension, warmer and more complex, always accompanying with a beautiful acidity and volume surrounding. Vinification:
Partial fermentation in stainless steel bowl, with finishing in old oak hulls. Internship in the same hooves for 22 months.
