Description
Winemaking:
Soft pressing, cold static defecation and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16ºC. Prolonged aging in contact with fine lees.
Test results:
Bright yellow color. Fruity, with citrus nuances of lime and lemon, and hints of green apple. Subtle tropical touches to remind us of pineapple. Delicious touches. Atlantic character and mineral vein. Crisp and lively freshness, providing excellent balance. With a defined structure, salty and mineral and a long finish.
