Quinta do Sobral de Santar Reserva White

Produced from two emblematic grape varieties of the Dão region, Encruzado and Malvasia Fina, this Quinta do Sobral Reserva white wine aged for approximately 6 months in French oak barrels, enhancing the aromas of the grape varieties and revealing its mineral and enveloping profile.

Quinta do Sobral, a family project of Cristina Simões and Jorge Loureiro, is located in the heart of the Dão wine region, in Vila de Santar, a historical heritage site of the region. Here, the tradition of planting vines in poor granite soils, nestled among pine forests, is maintained, as is the cultivation of the traditional grape varieties that define the wines of this property, which contains approximately 15 hectares of vineyards.

Very light yellowish color, very clear, on the nose it is very enveloping and very appealing. Aromas of white-skinned fruits such as peach and apricot. It is a very full-bodied wine, with great freshness and excellent acidity. It is a wine with great balance on the palate, being present from the beginning to the finish.
