Description
Quinta do Sobral, a family project of Cristina Simões and Jorge Loureiro, is located in the heart of the Dão wine region, in Vila de Santar, a historical heritage site of the region. Here, the tradition of planting vines in poor granite soils, nestled among pine forests, is maintained, as is the cultivation of the traditional grape varieties that define the wines of this property, which contains approximately 15 hectares of vineyards.
Deep ruby color, complex aroma with wild berries, spices and smoky notes. It has good volume, with polished tannins and a long, enveloping finish.
