Ruby-colored wine, youthful, with aromas of fresh fruit typical of the grape varieties and the region, making it harmonious and very "natural".
Winemaking:
This Quinta do Sobreiró Organic Red Wine is produced exclusively from the finest grapes from vineyards, all certified as organic. Part of the original batch (the other part is currently aging and will be released later for lovers of evolved wines), consists of national and international grape varieties transported to the winery carefully in 20 kg boxes to be vinified with minimal intervention and without any aging to preserve the primary aromas and typicity as much as possible.
