Description
Grapes from the classic Transmontana varieties, combining the intensity of Códega-de-Larinho with the aroma of Moscatel-Galego-Branco, along with the great freshness and acidity of Verdelho. It is a young wine without aging that enhances the varietal aromas.
Winemaking:
Grapes harvested by hand into small perforated boxes. Reception with total destemming. Gentle crushing and pressing under an inert atmosphere. Fermentation with controlled temperature of around 16ºC. Aged in stainless steel vats with "bâtonnage" until bottling.
