Description

Opaque ruby ​​color with intense aromas of ripe black fruits, spices and jam notes: aromas achieved due to the high ripeness of the grape, balanced with some acidity and natural freshness of the grape variety and soil type. On the palate it is very intense, smooth and enveloping.

Winemaking:
Grapes harvested late to discover the full potential of the grape variety in relation to its natural ripeness/acidity and granitic soil. Hand- Colheita into small crates. Reception with total destemming. Alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks followed by malolactic fermentation in used 225L American and French oak barrels, where it aged for 6 months.
