Ruby in color, it presents an intense aroma of ripe red fruits, such as plum and cherry, with notes of ripe bell pepper, typical of this grape variety. On the palate it is full and long, balanced by a spicy touch. This wine is not aged in oak in order to enhance the character of the grape variety.

Winemaking:
Grapes harvested by hand into small perforated boxes. Received with destemming and immediate crushing. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with maceration at a controlled temperature of around 23°C, with prolonged maceration. Aged in stainless steel vats until bottling.
