Pale yellow in color, this wine boasts intense aromas. The aromas of ripe white fruits are balanced by citrus notes that lend it freshness. This combination gained complexity and volume on the palate through fermentation and aging in French oak barrels with "bâtonnage" until bottling. It is a fuller-bodied wine, whose aging has given it greater complexity and balance.

Winemaking:
Hand- Colheita into small perforated crates. Reception with total destemming. Gentle crushing and pressing under an inert atmosphere. Prolonged fermentation at a controlled temperature of around 14ºC. Aged in French and American oak, with bâtonnage until bottling.
