Description

87 points Wine Magazine

Pale yellow color. Intense aroma of ripe white fruits with citrus notes that give it freshness. Full-bodied wine, complex and balanced on the finish.

Winemaking:
Hand- Colheita into small perforated crates. Received with total destemming. Gentle crushing and pressing under an inert atmosphere. Prolonged fermentation with controlled temperature of around 14ºC. Aged in French and American oak, with stirring of fine lees - "bâtonnage" - until bottling.
