Deep garnet color with aromas of black fruit, spices, and a balsamic touch balanced by 12 months of aging in French oak. On the palate, it is full-bodied and fruity with velvety tannins and a long, flavorful finish. Long and full-bodied, its aging has given the wine more complexity and balance.
Winemaking:
Grapes harvested by hand into small perforated boxes. Received with destemming and immediate crushing. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with maceration at a controlled temperature of around 23°C. Prolonged maceration and malolactic fermentation, followed by 12 months of aging in French and American oak.
