Description

Rosé in color with red reflections, it combines aromas of fresh red fruits, such as raspberry and currant, with a fresher side of wildflowers, typical of the grape variety. On the palate it is intense with a wild profile and a crisp acidity that makes it a very gastronomic wine.

Winemaking:
Hand- Colheita into small perforated boxes. Reception with total destemming. Gentle crushing and pressing under an inert atmosphere. Prolonged fermentation with controlled temperature of around 14ºC. Aging in stainless steel tanks until bottling.
