Grapes from classic Transmontana varieties, combining the aromatic intensity of Touriga-Nacional with the floral and perfumed aroma and structure conferred by Trincadeira, along with the freshness and acidity of Cabernet Sauvignon. It is a young wine without aging that enhances the varietal aromas.
Winemaking:
Grapes harvested by hand into small perforated boxes. Received with destemming and immediate crushing. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with maceration at a controlled temperature of around 23°C, with prolonged maceration. Aged in stainless steel vats until bottling.
