Description

15.5 points Wine Magazine -

Deep ruby ​​in color, it presents intense aromas of ripe red fruits balanced by floral notes, typical of the grape variety. On the palate, an intense and elegant fruity aroma is felt, long and full. This wine is not aged in oak in order to enhance the character of the grape variety.

Winemaking:
Grapes harvested by hand into small perforated boxes. Received with destemming and immediate crushing. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with maceration at a controlled temperature of around 23°C, with prolonged maceration. Aged in stainless steel vats until bottling.
