Quinta do Sobreiró de Cima Verdelho Sauvignon Blanc White

Yellowish-green in color, with a fresh aroma of citrus and exotic fruits with mineral notes, on the palate it is dry, long and crisp, marked by acidity and youthfulness.

Winemaking:
Selection of our best Verdelho and Sauvignon Blanc grapes through manual harvesting into small perforated boxes. Reception with total destemming and immediate crushing, cold maceration and clarification of the must. Fermentation was carried out in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature to keep the primary aromas of the grape varieties alive, followed by a period of working with fine lees and a short aging in the bottle, resulting in a bivarietal wine marked by characteristics of both grape varieties.
