Description

Vinha do Rio Torto has schistous soils with excellent sun exposure, where the grapes reach perfect ripeness and give rise to unique wines due to their complexity and aging potential. This wine aged in French oak barrels for 24 months, followed by a long aging period in the bottle for 6 years, which balanced the entire structure, combining concentration and elegance.

Winemaking:
Grapes harvested by hand into small perforated boxes. Received with destemming and immediate crushing. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with maceration at a controlled temperature of around 23°C. Prolonged maceration and malolactic fermentation in oak. This wine ages for 24 months in French oak barrels, followed by a long aging period in the bottle for 6 years.
