Description
Vinification of Quinta do Soque Superior Red Wine 2019: the grapes, from Quinta do Soque, were transported in food-grade plastic boxes and subjected to rigorous sorting upon entering the winery. After complete destemming and light crushing, the must was transferred by gravity to stainless steel fermentation tanks at controlled temperatures.
Aroma: Excellent aromatic intensity with fresh notes of wild berries, spices and cocoa.
Flavor: Fresh attack, evolving in great harmony, towards a compact volume composed of ripe and firm tannins.
Color: Intense ruby.
