Description
A deep, complex nose with many aromatic nuances, without any aroma overpowering the others. On the palate, it is vibrant, with a great elegance, excellent integration of wood, surprising with its wide variety of flavors, and a very long finish.
Winemaking:
After crushing, the grapes undergo a thermal shock followed by four hours of foot treading on granite cranes. The must is transferred to small, temperature-controlled cellars. The grapes are vinified separately. Aged in French oak barrels.
