Deep, complex nose, with many aromatic nuances, without any aroma overlapping each other. In the race is vibrant, in a set of great elegance, excellent integration of wood, surprising the wide variety of flavors, with a very long end.
Vinification:
After crushing, the grapes suffer a thermal shock followed by walking for four hours in granite cranes. The must is transferred to small capacity wineries with temperature control. The grapes are vinified separately. Storage in French oak barrels.
