Deep, intense ruby ​​color. Perfumed aroma with notes of wild berries, rockrose, and bergamot. Subtle smoky and discreet toasty notes indicate excellent integration of the wood. Concentrated and opulent, but without excess; a great harmony between power and elegance. Delicious flavors of licorice, plum, and a mineral touch, all enveloped in very polished tannins.

Winemaking:
This is Quinta do Vesuvio premium wine. The grapes are transported to the Quinta do Sol winery where, after rigorous double selection (by bunch and by berry), they are lifted in a hopper and literally thrown into the fermentation vats by an ingenious gravity system. A portable crusher at the mouth of the tank gently crushes the berries, just enough to release the juice, contributing to a smooth and silky texture in the wine. After about three weeks on the skins, the wines were transferred to malolactic fermentation tanks and eventually transferred to new 400-liter French oak barrels, where they remained for approximately thirteen months. After a final selection, only a few thousand bottles were filled.
