Description
A very balanced white, revealing citrus and greenish notes offering complexity in a very lush style. Wonderfully balanced structure showing excellence and texture, ends with a very living acidity, characteristic of the Quinta dos Acipreste wines.
Vinification:
The grapes are crushed in pneumatic press. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats, the controlled temperature. No aging in barrel. 100% of wine is kept in stainless steel tanks for 3 months before traffic jam.
