Quinta dos Carvalhais Mélange à 3 Branco

Vinification:
After smooth disgust and crushing, the must, properly protected from oxidation, underwent static decantation at low temperature for a period of 24 hours to reach the desired degree of clean. The different castes that gave rise to this wine were then vinified in 16 ° C controlled temperature, with fermentation taking place for 20 days. 85% of the white Blend Mélange to Trois interned 3 months in stainless steel vats and the remaining 15% interned in French oak for the same period. After the aging period, the lot is done and the wine is bottled.

TEST NOTES:
Color citrina with greenish nuances. Wine with intensity and complexity in the aroma, with link fruits and citruses and delicate nuances of white flowers and a vegetable touch that gives it great freshness. Very well integrated wood. Gull mouth, with live and crispy acidity, again the fruit and white flowers of great intensity, with an elegant, fresh and harmonious ending.
