Made exclusively from the Alfrocheiro grape variety, this special edition rosé reveals the full potential of this emblematic Dão grape. Quinta dos Carvalhais combines the region's winemaking tradition with innovation and precision, creating elegant and structured wines that reflect the diversity and richness of the terroir.
With a light pink petal color, this rosé presents an impressive aromatic range: floral notes, plum, raspberry and strawberry, combined with subtle hints of cedar, resin and honey. The latter result from aging in special white wine barrels, giving it complexity and elegance.
On the palate, it stands out for its lively, well-integrated acidity, surprising volume, and long, delicate finish. A versatile and gastronomic wine, perfect to accompany white or red meats, oily fish, and cheeses.
