Description

 A red wine with brownish nuances. Black fruits aroma, balsamic and spice notes. Strong and more ripe tannins with a smooth and velvety texture.

Vinification:
This wine is produced from centuries -old vineyards of Quinta dos Frades. The grapes are manually sinforced, deceived and stepped on foot in granite mills where alcoholic fermentation takes place. Malolactic fermentation occurs in stainless steel Cuba. The wine is then aged in 225 -liter French oak barrels. 12 months aging in French oak barrels.
