Description

Santos Branco wine is a fruity wine with an exceptionally smooth and fresh profile. Ready to drink at a young age.

Winemaking:
The grapes are harvested manually; upon arrival at the winery, they are placed in a pneumatic press and gently pressed. After pressing, the must is cold-settled for 48 hours at a low temperature. Following this settling process, the must undergoes alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature. It aged in stainless steel tanks for 4 months on fine lees.
