Description

White saints wine is a fruity wine combined with an exceptionally smooth and fresh profile. Ready for consumption at an early age.

Vinification:
The grapes are manually vintage, upon arrival at the cellar the grapes are placed in the pneumatic press and smoothly pressed. After pressing the must is cold decant for 48 hours at low temperature. After this decantation process the must pass through alcoholic fermentation with controlled temperature. He interned in stainless steel vats for 4 months over thin leftovers.
