Amber color. Complex and nutty with notes of fig, hazelnut, and vanilla. Elegant and intense, very persistent, with good, balanced acidity.

Winemaking:
Selected grapes, grade A. Destemming, crushing, followed by fermentation in traditional granite lagares with foot treading. Brandy added to stop fermentation at the desired sweetness level. Aging in used oak barrels in cold cellars before blending with different aged wines to produce a tawny style with an average age of 10 years.
