Quinta Dos Murças Assobio Branco

Along with one of the boundaries of Quinta dos Murças, we find steep slopes forming a valley. In this place, of guidance mostly to the north, more protected from the sun, when the wind passes to hear him whistle.

It is from vineyards like those that are there, from installments with unique characteristics, to higher quotas, which comes from the whistle.

Fruit of the most traditional castes of the region, our red, white and rosé, fresh and versatile whistles are wines with great gastronomic aptitude.

COLOR

Yellow citrine.

AROMA

Intense and fresh aroma dominated by citrus fruits, tropical fruits and white pulp fruits.

Palate

In the mouth stands out its acidity that in conjunction with its volume and texture give it a long and refreshing end.

AGRICULTURE

It was a year marked by a warmer and more dry winter than usual and a spring with large fluctuations of temperature and precipitation. The beginning of summer was marked by the thunderstorms and intense hail that occurred in late June and a cooler and damp July. In August temperatures increased which eventually accelerated maturation. We started the vintage of white grapes on August 23, with good acidity and aromatic intensity.

Vinification / Internship

Manual vintage, selection table, pneumatic pressing, alcoholic fermentation with controlled temperatures (12º to 14ºC).

In stainless steel vats on thin -lengths.
